Refund Policy

Our guarantee is simple: if we don't deliver the placements in your package, you don't pay for them.
1. The 10-day placement guarantee
Every package lists a guaranteed number of playlist placements. We begin pitching within 48 hours and aim to complete placements within 10 business days. If we fall short of the guaranteed number in that window, you are entitled to a remedy under this policy.
2. Your two options if we fall short
- Full refund: a complete refund of your campaign fee, returned to your original payment method.
- Free re-pitch: we run an additional pitching cycle at no cost to reach your guaranteed placements.
3. What is not refundable
Because results depend on real listeners and the platforms themselves, we cannot refund based on the number of streams, monthly listeners, followers, or revenue earned, or based on not landing on a platform's editorial or algorithmic playlists. The guarantee covers placements, which are what we control. Campaigns that have met their guaranteed placement count are considered delivered.
4. How to request a refund
Email Studiosbrightminds@gmail.com with your order email and track name within 14 days of your campaign window closing. We typically respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Chargebacks
If you have an issue, please contact us first — we're committed to making it right under this policy. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution.
